Lisa Foster

Lisa Foster has worked in the charitable sector for over 20 years, including 15 years at a national children’s disability charity where she managed the delivery of their UK programmes for children, young people, families and professionals. Lisa took their youth programme through a successful Ofsted registration and subsequent inspections.

Lisa is the Safeguarding Manager for the Trust, having spent many years as a Designated Safeguarding Officer. Her areas of expertise also include pastoral care, volunteer management, risk management and policy development.

Lisa joined the Trust in 2019 and is Chief Transformation Officer.
